ORDERS

All prices on ADCbags.com are in Singapore dollars.

 

SHIPPING

We ship our bags globally and we offer free standard shipping for local (Singapore) deliveries.

Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order from the date of purchase.

Local standard shipping is estimated to take 3 to 5 business days. International standard shipping is estimated to take 8 - 10 business days.

Special note for X'mas 2016*:
For customers shipping to the continental US or Singapore, order by 12 Dec (Singapore time) to get your order in time for X'mas. For all other countries, order by 5 Dec (Singapore time) to get your order in time for X'mas. Please contact us at sayhi@adcbags.com if you require priority shipping.

* In the event of delays due to customs or events outside of our control, shipping may be delayed. However, we will make best efforts to get your order to you within the stipulated duration. 

For items shipped internationally, there may be additional custom charges and/or taxes before your package is released to you. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping and handling charges. Our bags are shipped from Singapore.

If you need your order to be delivered urgently, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. To find out how much express shipping to your destination will cost and the estimated delivery time, simply add your items to the shopping cart, check out and use the shipping estimation calculator. No charges will be made until you confirm payment on the subsequent page.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or refunds for unused products in the original packaging returned within 7 days upon receipt.

Aide de Camp reserves the right to reject returns or exchange of products which has shown signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

All sale merchandise are considered final sale. We are not able to accept returns or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER CARE

Our bags are water-resistant and made with premium materials. For bag exteriors, wipe quickly with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and stains. For regular cleaning of the leather trim, a damp cloth and leather cream may be applied to it. Do not immerse your handbag in water as it may cause the inner lining to pucker and the leather trim to erode.

At Aide de Camp, a lot of time and attention has been put into the making of our products and we offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on products purchased from our online store or an authorized full-price retailer.

Within the warranty period, we would be happy to arrange for complimentary repairs for issues arising from manufacturing defects. For customers based overseas, we will do a case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us to assist you.

If general wear and tear has occurred, we suggest visiting a reputable handbag care professional for refurbishment.
